DIY DELIVERY –FREE TROLLEY HIRE

No Car, No Problem - Shopping on foot at RAG & BONE

Hire a strong RAG & BONE multi-purpose trolley with bungee straps for all your shopping

When you are finished with the trolley simply return it to the RAG & BONE.

£40 CASH deposit – 2 days hire period.

When you are finished with the trolley simply return it to the RAG & BONE.

No return within the designated hire period £5.00 charge per half hour deducted from the cash deposit

Can you store my purchase until I’m ready to receive it?

For purchases of items from RAG & BONE we can store your purchase in our warehouse for up to 7 days. Longer storage can be arranged at a weekly cost.

RESERVATIONS

How do I reserve an item?

RAG & BONE does not offer a reservation service. Other dealers within the warehouse may offer a reservation service. Please speak directly to the relevant dealer. Do you ever buy stock/materials?

What condition can I expect my purchase to be in?

All our stock has had a previous life, be it vintage, antique or salvage. Some pieces are in near-perfect condition, others show signs of their age and history! We do our best to share photography that provides an honest reflection of every item. If you have any concerns, please discuss with our team.

SHIPPING

Can you organise shipping?

We have an address book of trusted couriers, both local and international, and we can discuss the most suitable option with you.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes -Please note that international shipping may incur additional charges, duties, processing fees or insurance. We advise international customers to contact their local authority to confirm specific import duties. For environmental and sustainability reasons, we do encourage our clients to look for items and materials within their local area.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

Stock viewed in person is sold as seen. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we can exchange for a credit note.

If a purchase is made online or over the phone all standard statutory rights apply.

I’ve received a damaged item – what next?

If an item has suffered damage in transit, please contact sales@theragnboneman.co.uk

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed in their entirety within this period.
