Original Scottish Highland Infantry Officers broadsword from the Victorian era. Beautiful etched double fullered bright finished straight blade. Deep etched on both sides with floral motives and Royal cypher. Both ricasso show the Star of David and proved over T. Excellent buff leather hilt lining with a scarlet covering. Excellent skin covered round grip. Polished 1834 Pattern straight steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings and a ball chape. Very nice proved example made between 1837 and 1901.
